About Füm

Füm is a bold new take on contemporary Italian in West Midtown Atlanta, where regional sourcing meets dry-aged meats, handmade pastas, and open-fire cooking. Its wine program is refreshingly focused—Champagne and Italian bottles only—spotlighting natural, organic, and biodynamic producers. Complementing the food and wine, the cocktail list extends a refined Italian perspective, balancing timeless classics like the Negroni with alpine-inspired creations that showcase both craft and restraint.

Located at 660 11th St NW Ground Floor, Atlanta, GA 30318, Füm operates as an italian restaurant serving Atlanta in Georgia. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Atlanta, family-run Italian places are busiest on weekend evenings and around holidays, when reservations or call-ahead seating are worth it. BYOB is common at smaller restaurants in some states, with a modest corkage fee or none at all; the listing or a quick call will tell you. Wing-and-pizza shops across Georgia do most of their business by delivery and price wings by the piece or in fixed counts, with sauce heat adjustable on request. Catering trays, party pizzas and sheet pies need a day's notice at most places, and more around big game days.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 5:30–9 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (404) 975-0969. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, fumatl.com.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 666 reviews, which is a strong result for an italian restaurant in Atlanta and suggests consistent service.

Atlanta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Atlanta follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We came to FÜM to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and it couldn’t have gone better. Our server, Russel, was outstanding. He made sure we were taken care of, we felt extra special, and was just great vibes all around. The food was incredible. We will absolutely be coming again.

Fantastic place. From start to finish, it was a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and on top of everything; I basically never ran out of water, and I drink a lot of water. Miomi was our main server, and she was wonderful. The restaurant itself is beautiful and chic, filled with tons of natural light, and has the kitchen right in your view with a natural wood fire. The food was also fantastic, but it is on the pricier side. We ordered the scallop crudo and the oysters as appetizers, both of which were floral and incredibly delicious. Agnilloti (crab stuffed pasta), and the Bistecca (ribeye) were out main meals that we shared, and it was a great pairing. All in all, a fantastic restaurant and experience. We will definitely come back again.

We were really excited to try this place given the reviews and its on the Chase Reserve for Open Table so we had the credit. The service was really great and friendly and we liked seeing the pasta being made. The salad was pretty good, main dishes were pretty good too. The bread was a bit of a letdown. It resembled banana bread, thankfully it tasted okay, but was just not super savory. I appreciate that Fum doesn't cook with any seed oils and it did feel like healthy/clean eating but when I see sourdough I don't expect it to look like what we got. The music was too loud. We couldn't really hear the waiter, wasn't his fault, when other people would come over, we'd also have a hard time hearing them. The chairs were super hard. For a meal that lasts almost 2 hours, I would've asked for the booth next time. It was like sitting on a bleacher. It felt like style over substance for reasons like this. The food was good, not great. Pasta portions were really small. I wish we had asked for our food to all come out rather than doing "courses." We finished the salad, then they cleared the area, then we waited another 10-15 minutes for pasta. After pasta, same thing, before the next meal c

Customer service was outstanding, the host was very friendly and our server was fantastic. To start, the bread with bone marrow butter, was phenomenal. The salad was delicious, the aged parmigiano added a mild tangy kick. The pappardelle and New York strip were good, didn’t exceed my expectations for a few reasons. When we got the food, the steak was cold and almost raw. I requested medium-well before ordering and they didn’t do it right the first time however our server helped make sure it was done right the second time. Our server Shannon was great, attentive and made sure we were taken care of. One drawback was the ambiance before 9 p.m. It was surprisingly loud, making it difficult to hear people sitting next to or across from you. Later in the evening, the noise level decreased, and conversation became much easier. Towards the end of the night it was more quiet and easier to converse. A few things to note: the restaurant itself is located near Stella apartments. They do offer valet parking but I opted out of that. Instead, I parked in a parking garage on 11th street about a 3-5min walk and paid $10 for over 2hrs of parking. The water cups are unusually small; despite this, eve

From the moment we walked in, this restaurant delivered a true 5 star experience. The ambiance is on another level. The live DJ booth sets the perfect mood without overpowering conversation, creating an elegant and modern atmosphere that feels straight out of a world class dining city. The food is exceptional. The dry aged meat has a depth of flavor that only comes from time, patience, and craftsmanship. The fresh pasta made from scratch is unbelievable. You can taste the difference in every bite. One of the things that truly sets this restaurant apart from nearly all other 5 star establishments is the open kitchen. Most high end restaurants hide the kitchen in the back, but here the magic happens right in front of you. Watching the chefs work, seeing the flames rise from the grill, and witnessing the precision and teamwork adds a whole new level of appreciation to the meal. Behind my daughter you can even see the grill in action. It feels like dinner and a culinary show combined. The service was phenomenal from start to finish. Personalized attention, flawless timing, and a staff that clearly takes pride in what they do. This restaurant is not just one in a million. It is the
